SWIFT – Solidarity Writing and Implementation Fundamentals Training

Youth exchanges and trainings across Europe, open to young people from Bitola.
We are Youth for Change, a youth organisation based in Bitola, North Macedonia. Through Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps we send young people to trainings and exchanges around Europe, twelve of them so far, and we bring what we learn back home.

Knowledge
Our training courses cover concrete skills: writing Erasmus+ and solidarity projects, emotional intelligence in youth work, sustainability, even game design. Taught in person, at courses around Europe.
Advocacy
Young people speak for themselves here. Our members have debated in a Model European Union in Sofia. Speaking up is a skill, and we practise it.
Personal growth
On a youth exchange you spend a week abroad, living, cooking and working with people your age from across Europe. Then you come home and start planning the next one.
